Arirang Feature
In the spring of 2005, the NOVA Symphony Orchestra premiered “Variations on Arirang” a work composed by Music Director, Christopher Johnston for his niece, Miss Jin Young Koh. Recently, the orchestra performed the work again, this time with the addition of a newly-composed variation. Violinist EunJu Kwak joined the orchestra as featured soloist. The video below contains rehearsal and performance footage as well as interviews with Mrs. Kwak and Mr. Johnston.
